What kind of marketing operations?

When I want to sound really punchy and mysterious, I call my work "marketing ops," because then it sounds like I might be a special agent with a polished badge and a flashy watch. What I really am is a project manager, content management system-keeper, editor and curator of internal communications and delver of databases--and I wear a Casio Edifice.

I'm the first person to run over to your desk (virtual or otherwise) when there's a technical difficulty or Microsoft Word mishap. Where there are roadblocks and conundrums, I'm working on a fix. And if I come up short, I'm taking notes on what I need to learn.
